This is one of various quality residential projects undertaken by the Practice and is located on a prime site overlooking the ocean  at North Avalon. The brief was to undertake substantial alterations and additions to an existing residence  both to meet the needs of the newly retired couple and to take full advantage of the outstanding  site.
