A modest medium  density development of 6  x  2 Bed units with commercial at the ground  floor. Council was concerned to maintain the 2 storey streetscape on Willoughby Rd and approved a third story on the  basis it was set  back. This development  was the first new build on the west side of Willoughby Rd in the  Crows Nest precinct and  set the  benchmark for future developments .
